Mainland UK Shipping Information
Order Cut-Off Times
- Monday to Friday: Place your order by 3pm for next-day dispatch.
- Saturday: Place your order by 10am for next-day dispatch.
Shipping Options
Evri / Royal Mail 24 Tracked — Free — 1–2 working days
- Around 90% of parcels arrive the next day, but delivery may take longer.
- For a guaranteed delivery date, please select Special Delivery.
Royal Mail Special Delivery — £13.95 — Guaranteed Next Day
- Guaranteed delivery before 1pm, Monday to Saturday.
- A signature is required on delivery.
Royal Mail Sunday Special Delivery — £13.95 — Sunday delivery.
Important Notes
- Special Delivery: Guaranteed by 1pm the next working day. Some remote addresses may be exempt.
- 24 Tracked: Not a guaranteed service. Delivery times can be affected by factors outside our control. Choose Special Delivery if you need guaranteed timing.
- Personalised Orders: Dispatched Monday to Friday only. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will be shipped on Monday.
Holiday Periods
- Orders placed on Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
- Royal Mail does not deliver on Bank Holidays.
Refund Policy Period:
Our refund policy is valid for 28 days from the date of purchase. You must notify us of your intention to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order, and the items must be returned within the full 28-day period.
Authorised Returns:
Please ensure all returned items are securely packaged in their original packaging to avoid damage in transit. If your order included a personalised handwritten message or gift wrapping, a 25% restocking fee will apply. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Time Limit:
If 28 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchange Timeframe:
The delivery time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
Proof of Purchase:
An order confirmation is required to process any return.
Return Address:
Do not return items to the manufacturer. All returns should be sent to:

Delivery:
Once an order is marked as delivered to the address provided, Snug and Still cannot be held responsible for missing items unless our courier confirms a delivery issue.
Orders
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you haven’t received it within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to help!
We have a 30 minute window for any order amendments that you would like to make after you place your order. Should you wish to make any amendments to your order (such as swap products, change gift messages, change a shipping address, cancel your order, or request a refund) these changes must be requested within 30 minutes of you placing your order on the website. We will try and be as accommodating as possible but we try to ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible sometimes we aren't able to edit orders.
